Sunnybank Livery yard is a British Horse Society Approved Livery Yard (endorsed by the B&W Equine Group) with professional fully qualified and caring staff. We pride ourselves on the care we give to all our liveries. The horses are our main priority.
Established since 1993, David and Terinna have a combined experience of over 50 years on a professional basis within the horse industry. David is a registerd farrier and Terinna a BHSIntSM Reg examiner, accredited coach and judge as well as a competitor having competed successfully in most disciplines.
We offer the following services:

DIY Livery
£38 per week includes hay limited to 2 nets per day,and use of covered manege. Monday to Thursday.
The manege can be used on Saturdays and sundays, but there may also be people in there warming up for competitions.
Additional services available
Changing rugs £1 per rug change.
Use of horse walker £2.50 per 20mins.

Sunnybank staff must turn out or bring in . Other liveries are not allowed to turn out or bring in for you.
These charges are all year round charges.
All straw must be purchased from Sunnybank EC. Orders to be placed on Thursday and will be put out for you on Friday.
48 hours notice to turn out or bring in or full livery for 1 day.
Horses must be checked twice a day in summer. Am and pm
Wormers will be bought by sunnybank and added to the bill.
No horse is to be turned out on it’s own or left in the field on it’s own.
There are no additional services available on bank holidays, Christmas day boxing day and new years day.
All horses must stay in Christmas day and boxing day.
If weather is bad then horses must stay in.
Full competition Livery
Includes stable , field, mucking out, wormers, straw bedding or shavings. top quality hay or haylage, bring in turning out changing rugs applying sun cream in summer if needed and changing rugs in winter
Horses can be brought in for you to ride in summer months by prior arrangement. Unlimited use of flood lit covered ménage, , reduced entry fees and reduced hire charge for use of main indoor competition arena. Horses looked after 365 days of the year. We will deal with minor injuries and call the vet when we feel necessary. We deal with routine vaccinations and visits by the farrier but the paying of the vets or farriers bill is the responsibility of the owner.See additional specialist charges for other services.
For horses up to 16.2hh Cost £110 per week £476.67 per cal month.
For horses over 16.2hh Cost £125 per week £541.67 per cal month
Convalescing Livery
This package can be tailored to suit your horses individual needs and those required by the vet. An example of what is included in the package is shown below.
We work closely with B&W Equine Group to ensure that your horses needs are fully met.
Being BHS Approved for Convalescing Livery and having been endorsed by B&W equine Group it may be possible for full livery costs to be recovered from your insurance company if you have full comprehensive Insurance and your horse is on Convalescent livery at Sunnybank.

Please note we cannot take horses who have contagious /infectious illneses or diseases.
Cost £127 per week which is £ £550.34 pcm for horses up to 16.2hh
Cost £146 per week which is £632.67 pcm horses over 16.2hh

However, we do not accept responsibility for your horses, the responsibility lies solely with the owners at all times. You will be required to visit your horses. We will not be responsible if a treatment for your horse is missed from vet/farrier/ because we cannot catch it. No responsibility will be taken whatsoever for any treatment missed through no fault of our own. If in our opinion the horse needs the vet we will contact you and contact the vet on your behalf. Responsibility of payment is the horse owners.
