Sunnybank Equestrian Centre, which is a British Horse Society approved livery yard, has now opened it's new indoor arena measuring 60m x 30m with its surface, supplied by Equestrian Surfaces, used at 2005 HOYS.
Proprietors, Terinna and David have organised show jumping, dressage and showing events for all abilities to run throughout the year.
Sunnybank also runs qualifying rounds for UK Chasers (show jumping and dressage) Trail Blazers Champs Of GB as well as our own points series for show jumping and dressage and our grand final.We also hold British Show Pony Society (BSPS) inc Chaps qual , Ponies UK inc BSPA qual. BSJA Show Jumping and Dressage Affiliated to BD. providing something for everyone.
Adjacent to the purpose-built indoor facility is a flood lit, all weather warm up arena and Sunnybank boasts excellent parking facilities for all size of vehicle! At every event there will be catering facilities and during the coming year the seating gallery will be installed.
Lectures, demonstrations and clinics are currently being planned by national and international competitors and famous faces in the equestrian world.
Refresher courses, such as those arranged by the British Horse Society, may also be run later in the year.
Proprietor judge and regular competitor Terinna Pesci-Griffiths and her husband David see the facility as a real benefit to Equestrianism and to tourism in the area.
